for dinner we went to Marina Parade Central around East Coast and choose one of the popular ayam penyet franchise in Singapore “WAROENG PENYET”
While waiting the food served, i see the menu and prices, they serve all traditional Indonesian food and ofcourse the price is cheaper than the other restaurant that i have come before price menu of Ayam Penyet is about $5 exclude white rice about 50 cent *for you to know the owner also from Indonesia.
and here is….Ayam Penyet was served and looks yummy hehe but it’s not look like as usual (commonly included cobek) this Ayam Penyet maybe look likes Ayam Kremes hehehehe and it served with tempe, tahu , sambal also lalapan and of course the taste is sooo delicious and so spicy :p

So if you want to try Indonesian food especially all about penyet hehe, this place is recomended *wink

PRATA

He’s always introduced me Singapore’s culinary when i’ve spent in Singapore about a week.
which is several makes me slobber qiqiqiqi :p
such as Nasi Briyani, Laksa, Nasi Ayam Hainan, Nasi Lemak etc.
and finally here is tam tam tam…..then become my favourite menu of dinner

Roti PRATA…..
yess, Roti Prata is one of popular menu in Singapore, in Malaysia called Roti Canai, but i guess this is one of my aunty’s family favourite menu too, they called roti Maryam, isn’t?!?
(dunno laa, at least i guess the taste is familiar for me laa) :p
u know so many place offers this menu, 1st i’d taste it at Spize
then also at Little India, Banquet Foodcourt and the others place also
finally Spize become my fav place :)

In the begining Roti Prata is come from Pakistan & India, and this menu have been modify little bit.
Roti Prata is prepared by flipping the dough into a large thin layer before folding the outside edges inwards, then maybe this menu named Prata which is mean “datar”
The dough will then be heated on a hot plate. Flavorings or toppings, if ordered, can be added either before or after it is flipped, depending on the flavorings or the desired outcome. but usually i’ve made ordered not with the egg (i don’t like egg laa)
Then Prata’s will be served with the curry, ussualy they have two option of curry, fish curry or meat curry.

yuuMMM

See…..u can see my photo how i like it much *yuuMMM

•August 12, 2010 • 2 Comments

can u see the picture above??

the color in the centre is more blue than around and its indicate if there deeper than around.

yess…im so curious bout this  “BLUE HOLE” then i try to find out from d Google *wink

but before, let me tell you 1st bout special hole *the hole which is so special for me haha….. Blue holes formed during past ice ages, when sea level was as much as 100–120 metres (330–390 ft) lower than at present.  And when the ice ages was end then ice was melted and that’s when the sea level rises and the cave covered with sea water up to the Blue Hole was formed.
and here is The deepest blue hole in the world—at 202 metres (663 ft)—is Dean’s Blue Hole, located in a bay west of Clarence Town on Long Island, Bahamas.

btw there’s something that i want to show u…there’s a diver which try the depth of that hole by jumped to that hole *what d???? OMG…:-o
this amazing underwater base jumping was made by the free divers Guillaume Néry, and u can see this picture when the diver jumped in
